Valerie White’s world is all about creating beautiful and captivating artworks.
After receiving her BFA from Parsons, the New School for Design, in New York and Paris, Valerie began working full time as an illustrator, designer and painter. Her client list includes: MTV, Viking Penguin, Child Guidance Toys, Details Magazine, Blue Moon Books, ASCAP and Simon & Schuster, to name a few.
Valerie first started doing portraits professionally when she was commissioned to paint a series of murals titled “Rock & Roll Heaven”, featuring deceased rock legends, for a popular Downtown Manhattan restaurant.
She has created portaits of people and animals from all walks of life. Her most recent portraits in oil, however, have been her most challenging and favorite works.
Valerie lives in New York City with her husband and pet Chihuahua.
